This guy just films the night sky. UFO's? Maybe. But to me they resemble souls leaving earth, some burning brighter than others.

I maintain that Putin groomed him to take over the US because he knew Trump would be a very obedient puppet. Feed him ideas along with flattery, keep some kompromat and debts in the back pocket for threats, and he's basically a living WMD against the biggest obstacle to Putin's Europe goals.
