Unrelated, but what are your thoughts about Afropessimism?

The fact that we can all imagine the headline being from 2025 says a lot about the state of affairs in this country.

This is most certainly true of 2025, but this story is 4-years old (from 2021)

AOC (who has more insight than both of us) has said the exact same thing.

She said that MTG’s shift comes down to her feeling betrayed by Trump who told her not to run for the senate. That part of Trump’s post is correct.

But I would take this version of MTG than what we had before.

If she wants to run for statewide office or even the presidency on the GOP ticket in 2028, she knows she can’t be a lunatic.

That’s why she’s moderating a bit.
