And just to be clear...by "strong position" I'm not talking about any kind of captain-of-industry...building-my-business-empire foolishness

And that's the key...don't watch what they say, hype or speculate on, watch what they do.

We saw this with coding...feeding minorities into bootcamps while they knew AI was on the horizon. That won't be the last round.

I've been talking about this for over a decade, and I could be wrong, but I think we're at the end of the window for people to step out on their own in a way that's minimally painful and reasonably possible.

If you haven't noticed, even white men are bailing on traditional career models...

Those are made at the Rochester Tailored Clothing factory in Rochester, NY (formerly known as the Hickey Freeman factory before they offshored production). This is a unionized workforce with immigrants from around the world, some of whom have been with the factory for 50+ years.
