I'm just going to leave this here & add that "refusing to treat *any* group as less-than-human" is a VERY low bar to expect our candidates to clear. Otherwise we're just in a perpetual race to the bottom with the fascists. We're not asking for perfection, just conviction.

I need you to understand that the "lesser of two evils" here doesn't regard my child or I as human beings whose lives & civil rights are worth standing up for. It's not abstract for me: it's survival. We cannot keep making the same mistake of platforming centrists out of fear. It doesn't ever work.
