I know a lot of people were asking for a lip reading for the conversation between Gavin Newsom and dump truck. The video is zoomed out so I did my best but this is what I got so far. It might not be 100% accurate but I think I got the gist of the conversation.

Somebody tweeted about this talking about what he said back then and how he’s now doing exactly what he was clowning and Elon quote tweeted that and said “the vibe shift is real😂”
Now he’s being made fun of by the people he just performed for.
Made it clear that he could be bought and embarrassed
