I would question how many of these patients don’t already have red flags for post op complications or prolonged stay? Taking oral steroids consistently (28/91 days prior to surgery) is unusual for patients without chronic illnesses that would already raise their risk. What does this add?

I mean, they don’t even try with the email addresses though.
