Lots of fun in Warwick last week as Henry 8

Today on the bench, my new Elizabethan rapier belt hanger, hand sewn in saddle stitch, with 10 holes per inch x 48 " x 2.

Also revisiting a very special old friend, refurbished and newly gilded.

Earlier this week, I had the enormous privilege and a whole lotta fun portraying big bad 'enery the 8th in Warwick for a photo shoot. With special thanks to Tabitha Boydell and all the photographers who made the day such fun.

Thought I'd share some video content today of some recent projects.

Let's start with a refurbishment of my favourite sword, stripped, polished, and rebuilt by Matt Lewis, with some brazing by Stui Duncombe to repair a crack in the cross guard. Regilded by MMF.
