Absolutely - that would be amazing. If the house was in 1:144th scale, that would be easily accomplished.

As for waterproof - there are some paper-based products in these particular plants that if they were replaced with something different could make it better. The other thing to consider is these are very tiny only about an inch to inch and a half tall. They could be easily blown away.

There are UV protectant sprays that can be used to help stop fading.
