Delighted to have been re-elected to @rcn.org.uk's Congress Agenda Committee for two more years. Thank you so much everybody who supported me, I can't tell you how much it means that a silly and colourful staff nurse gets to keep doing a role she loves for our wonderful College and members. #RCN25

Good morning #RCN25! The Agenda Committee election opens at 8am for Congress voting members. Go to the Governance stand in the exhibition area to cast your vote - you can rank the candidates in order of preference, so I'd love your #1 vote for Josie but you can also support other candidates as well!

I should be asleep but I'm too excited about all the interesting debates and discussions lined up for #RCN25 delegates tomorrow! See you all bright and early for 9am - and if you're a voting member, please also remember to vote in the Agenda Committee election (preferably putting Josie as #1!)

It's that time again! I'm on my way to London for the Congress "trawl", where the Agenda Committee shut ourselves in a room at @rcn.org.uk for two days and don't leave until we've got an agenda for #RCN25. We've had so many items submitted and I'm reading through every single one on my journey 💖

Today I'm doing some rep training in my steward role. Every time I hear about what other members are doing to improve their workplaces and make life better for nursing staff I get a little thrill. Being part of a union is so valuable, for us as individuals as well as for nursing as a profession.
