Heute ist das keltische Frühlingsfest Imbolc, das in Irland auch als Brigid's Day begangen wird. Die Hl.Brigida von Kildare ist vermutlich eine christliche Adaption einer keltischen dreifaltigen Muttergottheit. Diese Brigid wiederum ist wohl verwandt mit der Bercht / Frau Holle / Huldra.
