I wish the city planted more of these. There's only 3 that I know of. Everything else along the trail is mostly non-native trash like Crap Myrtles.

That's pretty impressive considering this is what one of our crossings looks like and there's no plans to do anything with it. There's loads of space for a tunnel here.

Today I rode my bike 48 miles roundtrip to remove invasive plants at our property and I charged my bike with solar power. I hope our leaders are also doing what they can to improve the environment. ☺️

Yesterday was nice. It was like cars hardly existed. There was no noise from the highway. We could walk down a 45 MPH road in peace. Cars really do make life unpleasant in ways that unfortunately most people don't realize.

Sad to see Light and Motion, one of the few companies that still made bike lights in the U.S., is closing down. The only other one I'm aware of is Outbound Lighting.

These two roads in my area are part of Georgia's State Bicycling Routes. They have speed limits of 55 MPH and basically no shoulder, especially the second one. What are we doing here?!
