Not minimize all of my issues. Telling me I have nothing to be sad about, I'm not THAT sick, If you just try harder you'll get it... also and the one that I can't let go of no matter how hard I try; You're sister didn't struggle with this...

Why is my safe food kimchi and rice? That seems so odd to me. Food paralysis is for sure an issue I have and rice is the go-to-food when I can't decide but need to eat at least once for the day and kimchi is a flavor. #asd #safefoods #audhd
