The weirder marginalia in Medieval Manuscripts is called "the world turned upside down" and "drolleries". My bf said uncanny valley about my attempt to mimic these goofy drawings of animals playing instruments. But he said it wasn't a bad thing?

Sent Mom a link to my video on Instagram and the auto generated link description suggests using AI generated art as a gift. Like my art is very real on paper with paint ink and pencil. This horrifies me. I am very anti AI art, especially stuff that pretends to be real physical art.

Apparently she keeps learning English words from her parents' convos, like she gets jealous when they say "aww" at their phones or TV bc she thinks there is a dog somewhere and she starts looking around!
