We showed that local chromatin heterogeneity tunes condensation propensity, revealing drastic difference of condensate behavior across the advancing vs. the trailing half of the same cell! Green: H2B-mGFP (chromatin), Magenta: miRFP670-53BP1 (condensates). (2/3)
