A lot of experienced programmers have been naysaying about it, but I dabbled with making an Anki-alternative webapp that fit my very specific wants, and found I can get there SO much faster being able to use my knowledge to hold the AI's hand and say "use API X not Y to implement feature Z" etc

It's cool but scary (as a programmer) what AI lets people who can't code do. At some point writing code as a discipline will probably just disappear....I only hope I can get rich before I'm made obsolete like that 😏
