Watched "The Accountant 2" movie. In a scene, unidentifiable masked and battle kitted traffickers round up a group of children and force them onto a bus. These are ostensibly "the bad guys". Americans are always "the good guys" in the movies. But now, we look exactly like the villains viewers hate.

I'm reminded of this scene from the film, "JoJo Rabbit", where the enthusiastic Hitler Youth, JoJo recognizes his underground resistance mother's prized shoes as he makes his way past the hanged citizens in the town square. Heartbreaking in his realization.
