Between insurance, and the condo situation, and Canadian snowbirds bailing on the US, there’s no reason to think this will change soon.
But maybe if FL housing prices drop, CA & NY can buy it cheap…and move their homeless people there. After all, DeSantis approved of it when Abbott did it, right?
