Implied criticism is a good start! Now I hope you'll put more teeth into it--it really matters. I say this in the context of praise for your excellent segment on the AUSL, interviews w A. Stephenson & R. Srinivasan, etc. You & JK are pushing the boundaries in good and important ways: thank you.

Agreed. As for search, I just signed up for a year of Kagi. So far, so good--like Google back in the day, when you actually got the thing you had searched for without bs or cruft. DuckDuckGo is a good alternative for those who can't pay $100/year to get out of enshittified search engines.
