I think Congress has both the duty and the power to set the rules for Presidential immunity. There is no basis in the Constitution nor, to my knowledge, in prior judicial decisions, for the Supreme Court's immunity rules. The Supreme Court does not have the power under the Constitution to write law.

For all the Trump people arguing we need Greenland for geopolitical strategic concerns, you know what really matters in that regard? NATO. Not screwing up NATO. Not Pissing off Denmark & Greenland.
