A few upsides... 1) It's easier to get better with just a little more effort for those early in a learning journey. 2) The greatest resource for learners looking to get betters is another learner to calibrate with, not someone who will do the work for them.

Strongly recommend getting hobbies and then turning those into jobs with deadlines and performances and stress.
