Its not clear whether and how Apple will identify UK users. So would someone that registered an iPhone in the US but uses it in the UK lose access to ADP? What about UK users living overseas?

Hi Heather, it looks like Apple will ask UK users to disable the feature themselves, in order to continue using the iCloud.
