I have dreamed of a place of love where caring for one another is more important than politics or noise.A place where everyone can talk,in a respectful way,&learn and grow through every conversation.I still believe this is possible, is it? Or is it just a dream?I leave that to each&every one of you.

The truth is I grow tired of all the talk. Trump has made it clear that he will violate the rule of law, so where do we go? I hope we can win the house and senate in 2026, but by then, the country wouldn't recover.

This is awful since I run a non-profit professional theatre. Funding is always a challenge, but no NEA funding makes it even harder.

A federal judge has just ordered Musk to get out of Treasury’s computers. We are fortunate there are good lawyers representing democracy. Normally that would end the matter, but in this era there are legit questions about compliance & enforcement. We live on the edge of a constitutional crisis.

At the Colorado State Capitol Wednesday afternoon, protestors carried Mexican flags, American flags and signs with slogans including "We are all immigrants," "Soy la voz de mi familia," "We the people against Project 2025" and "Make Nazis afraid again."

I know as a rational human being that this "shock & awe" was planned to over stimulate us so that we can't handle it, but wow! I feel bad about all the marginalized people I know: women, LGBTQ, hard-working government employees,& all the children affected by this. I am an empathetic man,& it's hard.
