The spiritual and physical are truly connected the same way one can lose weight and then put it right back on after Ramadan is the same thing that can happen spiritually. Insha’Allah we build habits now, planting seeds that flourish after this blessed month.

Sayyiduna Abdullah bin Salaam رَضِيَ اللهُ عَنْهُ reported: I heard the Messenger of Allah (ﷺ) saying, "O people, exchange greetings of peace (i.e., say: Assalamualaikum to one another), feed people, strengthen the ties of kinship, and be in prayer when others are asleep, you will enter Jannah in peace."

Sayyiduna Bara (رَضِيَ اللهُ عَنْهُ) reported, I heard Rasulullah (ﷺ) reciting "Wat teeni waz zaitoon" (95) in the Esha Salaah, and I never heard a sweeter voice or a better way of recitation than that of Rasulullah ﷺ (Bukhari)

Sayyiduna Abu Musa رضي الله عنه reported: The Messenger of Allah ﷺ said,_

*“Verily, the believers are like bricks of a building, each part strengthening the other,” and the Prophet (ﷺ) clasped his fingers together.*

*_(Sahih al-Bukhari 481)_*

Rasulullah ﷺ said: “This day is a day of Eid, Allah Ta’ala has made it such for the Muslims.
So: have a bath
whoever has fragrance should apply it
use the miswak.

Today being the Blessed day of Friday, let us:

1. Recite Surah Kahf
2. Engage in fervent duaa
3. Recite abundant durood on Nabi ﷺ.

Allah is Al-Wahhab (The Giver of All)

The One who is abundantly generous, giving without measure or calculation. His blessings are freely and continuously bestowed, without any expectation of return.
