grew up in boulder so Pearl is my reference. it's delightful.
But another local one could be U Village. the "pedestrianized" parts of it are quite nice (if extremely bougie).

Selfishly hoping they make it down to Columbia City or further. Short of a detour up beacon hill there's not a great route from down here
