(CONT:) Starting TOMORROW and up until Christmas day, I will commence the '2025 Milk-Addict New World Order-Christmas Special', during which there will be one daily post. Some of it will be information about me, others will be my usual updates on fighting the Feds.

After that, I will be off.

(CONT:) Therefore, I am announcing that I will be going on an indefinite hiatus from posting, and entrusting the account completely to 409-A. This also makes the communication update, for the time being, void.

However, that is not all. I also have a secondary announcement.

(CONT:) It should be noted that gender identity is a separate characteristic of the Act, and to my knowledge has not been budged in the ruling.

However, the fact of the matter is that inherently ruling that trans women are, in equality cases, men, denies them many protections, and means they

(CONT:) 1. Trans women can no longer argue they are being discriminated against for being women and 2. Businesses and whatnot are no longer required to recognise trans women as female. Logic stands that similar stuff applies to trans men. While not stated, the implications for that are there.

You already got a very basic summary but I'd like to clarify more on the specifics.

The UK Supreme Court has ruled, for the purposes of the 2010 Equality Act, that the "sex" characteristic does not apply to trans women. While there's nothing immediate, in the future it'll mean two things.
