I live in Massachusetts. We approved a 4% surtax on income earned over $1 million in 2022. The surtax generated $2.46 billion for state transportation and education programs in its first full year. Maybe this is how all states could get around this horrible bill.

Watching their clerks read the 940-page bill while the Senators are not even there is ridiculous. Most Americans aren't watching, nor even understand what they're saying. Only after they reap what they sowed will they see the truth.

I agree that any regime changes in any country should be made internally. However, this posturing by both Khamenei and Trump is merely intended to appease their respective internal bases. They're both being showmen. They both knew about the prospective attacks beforehand.
