It’s a limited edition item from Hormel, black and green label. That stuff was so good I bought like five packs of it and kept a few frozen for later use. My meat manager knows what I like so he holds stuff in the back for me sometimes.

It’s actually not bad, best when paired with French toast. I was skeptical at first but it is almost like… maple bacon but without the maple flavor.
