Prideful witch kidnaps child with the intention of gaining/retaining youth. Main characters spend entire time searching ominous domain for witch captives. Witch gets killed off in the end after main characters freed captives who end up dealing satisfying death blow.

I love how in the recent Smiling Friends one of the Insanely Crazy Lunatics does a straight up Naruto run in some of the frames.

I really do hope that the upcoming DCU Teen Titans movie take HEAVY is inspirations from these horror themed works.
Like, seriously, its surprising how much those comics used a lot of said tropes as far back as the freaking 60s!

What really bugs me about season two epilogue of Panty & Stocking isn’t that Brief managed to have a kid with Panty (Junior); but rather the implication either one of the Demon Sisters sired a child out of wedlock (Bastard).
