Went to the local premiere of “From Dusk ‘til Dawn” with a pal on his birthday.
Turns out, he went in completely blind, knew nothing about the film.
About 41 minutes in, there is an unexpected major shift in tone and genre—he jumped, fell off his seat, and screamed “What the fuck was that!?!”

To be fair, the injectables are much more well known, but there is an oral semaglutide pill (Rybelsus) for diabetics.
