I know. A couple years ago a friend passed. Some days later photos of the empty beer cans filling all of rooms in his house shocked me. Dude was a quality welder. So I take note of my cans and attempt moderation. Truth!

Been there. Two different periods in sobriety. One for ten years, another for twenty. Lost mom while in treatment the first time in 1980. Then dad in ‘89. 🤝 💪✌️hang in there.
