Let’s face it. As far as #icecream sandwiches go it all comes back to #chocolatechip #cookies and vanilla ice cream. I recently made a flawless one and I’m not afraid to brag.

For Buster’s 13th birthday dinner we let him sit on the banquette and I got him his own Quarter Pounder. We could tell that he knew something special was happening. #dogsofbluesky

One of our first toppings was powdered wasabi pea dust. Try it sometime. Grind wasabi peas in a food processor (really fine or you risk chipping a tooth) along with some extra wasabi powder. Good on vanilla, GREAT on chocolate.
