as far as i'm concerned, no one asked for a Rush Hour 2.
‘Rush Hour 4’ is officially in the works.

This comes after Donald Trump personally requested Paramount to revive the franchise.

i just saw a (muted) ad for Sebastian Maniscalco's stand up special "It Ain't Right."

first off, no clue who this guy is, outside the fact he loves blood money. but watching this ad, he looks like a boring, ”kids today, am i right?" reactionary comic that uses visual cues for his punchlines.

Yesterday my partner and I counted all the ads along Chicago's Brown Line for "Friend," a company selling an AI chatbot pendant, and tallied how many of those ads were defaced.

Still working on a longer piece on this, but here's the quick and dirty: we counted 104 "Friend" ads total, 42 defaced.

I know anti-tech lamenting is a Bluesky core principle, but please use the same judgement you would for any other clickbait.

Breaking character: I am open to the idea the media's coverage of Biden's age and mental acuity was fair or perhaps not even tough enough. But the fact that it was so much tougher than the coverage of Trump's (more severe) mental decline is damning and I can't see how anyone could argue otherwise.

When all this is over the title Republican should carry the same stigma as Nazi.

People should be embarrased for generations that their families voted for Republicans in 2016, 2020 and 2024

It's our job to make sure the Republican brand cannot be separated from MAGA and Trump.

Destroy the brand.

These 20 House Democrats just joined Republicans in voting to fully repeal DC's police reform laws.

Wiping off the books critical laws on use of force, transparency, and preventing violent cops from getting rehired.

They think that they should have more say over DC police than the people of DC.
