The Charter allows "reasonable infringements" that "rationally" respond to real problems while minimizing harm; e.g. COVID-19. Preemptively invoking the Notwithstanding Clause is an admission that Danielle Smith lacks evidence to defend her harmful law.

Speed kills. The UCP made it more difficult and expensive to punish speeders in Alberta's municipalities.

The Nazis awarded notorious union buster Henry Ford a top medal. They weren't socialists.

The Nazis didn't come for themselves. Repeating Nazi propaganda is disqualifying.

A three sailing wait. A three sailing wait.
Now, this is the tale of our passengers,
They're here for a long, long time.
They'll have to make the best of things,
It's an uphill climb.

Canada's Charter of Rights allows reasonable infringements that "can be demonstrably justified" = "Oakes Test". Politicians who invoke the Notwithstanding Clause are admitting that that they intend to hurt people without any evidence to justify it.

Please U-lock bike frames - I have spare front wheels from previous bikes. I hung my bike frame atop a similar Crossroads Market rack last Sunday to U-lock it (plus cables for the wheels and seat). Wider slots would be cheaper and work better; e.g. Crossroads Market's other bike racks.

"Let’s make every day bike-to-school day". Another Danielle Smith ad campaign for unfunded "thoughts and prayers".
Schools need teachers and school kids need bike lines. But her Transportation Minister didn't get the "bike-to-school day" memo.

Wall Street owned Postmedia ran front page Conservative ads with a hard to find disclaimer. Poilievre also got a National Post endorsement from Trump-pardoned corporate felon / unrenounced Canadian Lord Conrad Black. Probably swayed by his promised crackdown of "global elites"

Badly written question. Poilievre needs to apply for a security clearance. Whether he gets one isn't a voter decision.

Ideally, anybody running for the leadership of a major political should apply.
