Craft brewing is responsible for over 11,000 Minnesota jobs. Thousands of these jobs are threatened by the federal ban on hemp-derived products.
While people are correct to point out the legality of THC is low on the list of priorities, it’s also important to remember how many jobs could be affected.

I’m sitting down for a big bowl of pozole at the new supermercado in town. A neighbor spots me, parks her cart, and sits down beside me. Asks how chemo is. Asks if I’m going to al anon. Asks if I need anything. I set down my book. “This pozole recipe” is all I can come up with.

Found out today I don’t have to take the drug responsible for neuropathy any longer (Oxaliplatin). Also, the mass on my liver has shrunk in half since I started treatment. Eat shit, Cancer.

Last week I had my first PET scan since starting treatment for adenocarcinoma of the colon. My doctor says the images suggest a partial response to treatment — some areas are improving slightly, other areas are remaining stable.
