Bibdu Game Update! I'm working on painting all the forests this week and @barrysdevhell.bsky.social has been working on our custom dialogue manager! In two weeks we will be moving back to Ireland for a few months and will have a small break from development to visit Japan yippee! #indiedev

The hazelnut brings wisdom in folklore. This is how the salmon of knowledge came to be. When Boann ran away to a well, disobeying her husband, she found it swirling with 7 hazelnuts and magical salmon swimming in it. She walked around it seven times and summoned the River Boyne from within #indiedev

Wren/Dreoilín (Gaeilge)
When the birds competed to declare a king, they decided to see which could fly closest to the sun.
The eagle flew highest! Just then, the Dreoilín, hidden under the eagle wing, popped out and flew above the eagle.
And that's how the Wren became King of the Birds!
