I talked to a friend who lives in Evanston, near Chicago, & she described daily HORRORS of ICE kidnapping, beating, & disappearing people. The sirens, honking, whistle-blowing (in response to ICE activity) is pretty much non-stop. Low flying choppers. Brutal force and terrorism tactics is the point.
