and it was frowned upon even to be taken to dinner by the lobbyists a back then….. now they own them and their entire states…. It’s been a very pathetic observation witnessing the greedy takeover of our country.

Always a D since 1980. Back before money and billionaires took over politics. Lobbyists used to line the stairs as the senators/congressmen walked in and shout their advertising agendas to them and it was frowned upon even to be taken to dinner by the lobbyists a
