So far in 2025, the Bond Fund has more than DOUBLED the amount paid in bonds in 2024 and helped free 123 people. But the fund is running dangerously low. Without your donations, we will soon have to pause paying commissary and bonds.

We are paying more bonds, helping people pursue their immigration cases from the community, where they can freely consult with their lawyers and access community supports and resources.

The current administration is trying to end immigration bond and keep people in “mandatory detention,” but lawyers are fighting back.

In these Bureau of Prisons facilities “access to counsel is almost impossible”. One attorney said, "They told me he’s not being moved,” said Roth. “They lied to my face.”
