We'll send you a temperature tracker to use in your home for the season, and the data you send us will be used in in our reports, policy submissions to the government, and discussions with the media.

Starting next month, it will also be illegal for an agent to accept any offers of rent higher than the listed price. Rent-bidding is a slippery slope that doesn't lead anywhere good for renters, and we're very glad to see it taken off the table for good.

We know what the solutions are--we just need to see governments step up and act on them.
