And fun fact: one of the times the landlord himself came to view the damage and take pictures of it, he showed up in a Bentley. That was a year and a half ago.

Literally in the process of moving after our landlord of 4 years evicted us after we sent an email detailing that the mould and water damage for the prior 2.5 years, which we consistently reported and they documented every six months (hole in roof), was unacceptable and needed urgent attention.

The man behind me sounds like Colin Firth and since I haven’t seen his face I’m just going to believe it is.
