American companies have been making out like bandits for decades. Their insatiable greed is directly responsible for millions of deaths over many decades. It is time to stop this bullshit. Only then can there be peace and prosperity for Central and South America.

The only fix to the migration problem is to address the root cause. The US must relinquish its imperial ambitions and meddling in Central and South America and allow those countries full autonomy and ownership of their own resources.

These countries keep trying to build democracies and the US keeps pulling the rug out from under them in favor of right wing authoritarian governments and dictators, as long as they will be deferential towards US interests .

Their governments have been undermined again and again by the US, so there is no law and order. Thus, gangs and drug cartels and all manner of corruption thrives.

US interventionism only benefits big US corporations who rape the land of resources and prop up dictators who accept kickbacks from said corporations.

Meanwhile, citizens who stand up to the dictators are kidnapped, imprisoned, tortured, and murdered in vast numbers.
