Our street-level boots-on-the-ground outreach team connected with 102 individuals experiencing homelessness on tonight shift. As always, we did our best to provide holistic care offering essentials for survival & support, along with referrals to help folks navigate the complex cycle of homelessness.

A cold, winter-like night on outreach. Our team hit the streets with jackets, gloves, toques & more—offering life-saving essentials to 80 individuals, connecting to those sleeping rough, 21 program referrals were made tonight. #EndHomelessness #YYCOutreach #CommunitySupport #CompassionInAction
