Then we finished with a browse around Waterstones before getting the train home! An absolutely lovely day, thanks so much to Beth at Yorkshire Reads and Alison at Penguin for organising 🩷

Afterwards we headed to Juno Books, a really cute bookshop in Sheffield where I picked up 𝘊𝘢𝘭𝘭𝘴 𝘔𝘢𝘺 𝘣𝘦 𝘙𝘦𝘤𝘰𝘳𝘥𝘦𝘥 𝘧𝘰𝘳 𝘛𝘳𝘢𝘪𝘯𝘪𝘯𝘨 𝘢𝘯𝘥 𝘔𝘰𝘯𝘪𝘵𝘰𝘳𝘪𝘯𝘨 𝘗𝘶𝘳𝘱𝘰𝘴𝘦𝘴 and 𝘐𝘯 𝘛𝘩𝘦 𝘉𝘭𝘪𝘯𝘬 𝘰𝘧 𝘢𝘯 𝘌𝘺𝘦

Had the best day with the Yorkshire Reads group in Sheffield today, where we were joined by the wonderful @tessgerritsen.bsky.social and @alisonbarrow.bsky.social for lunch! It was fascinating hearing Tess talk about 𝘛𝘩𝘦 𝘚𝘶𝘮𝘮𝘦𝘳 𝘎𝘶𝘦𝘴𝘵𝘴, the second in the Martini Club series, which published this week

Wonderful visit to Sheffield to bring @tessgerritsen.bsky.social to meet with the YorkshireReads influencers. One the best ever parts of the job is when readers and writers meet! Loved it! ❤️📚🎉
