A month ago, it was like 50 out, 68 in my apartment, and I was comfy at home in a tank top. Now it's high 20s out, still 68 in here, and wearing a tank top makes me feel like I'm freezing to death.

Weird coding tooling for Go versions I hacked together five plus years ago somehow borked my system with modern versions and shat 200+Gb of nonsense on my disk. Oops.

I decree that I am quitting the Duolingo habit as of today. It was a healthy habit while I was working my way through all the German lessons, but I finished them months ago and now I just feel obligated to stay in the leaderboards from practice lessons.

Got a subscription to Criterion for the Wong Kar Wei series, then scrolled through the app a bit. I found a few things I might watch, and then saw Assayas's Carlos. I _adore_ Carlos, but I'd never found the full three part, 5+ hour version digitally anywhere, but hey, let's click on it...
