I am considering to move to #Linux after 20 years of Windows for my personal drive.

My stack for my #gamedev journey:

Is there any pitfall I should be aware of?

for whatever reason godot doesn't allow adding multiple nodes to a group but at least it's the most hackable game engine on earth 😄

I always see things talking about how publishing deals are predatory and get worse and worse over time

What can indie devs do about this? Unionize? Form a collectively owned publishing house?

This week, I used #godot to add #sprite images to my spider character, so it is no longer just colorful lines that are drawn in. The leg sprites stretch and flip based on distances and local coordinates.

This was the prototype that caused me to make picoCAD. All vertices and UV coordinates were initially hand crafted first to graph paper and then into text files and I grew tired of that real fast :D
