On the 3rd of July the older fledgling gull decided to leave home. Landed in the garden and spent the night sitting on a Japanese maple ornamental tree like it was a nest !

On the 3rd of July the older fledgling gull decided to leave home. Landed in the garden and spent the night sitting on a Japanese maple ornamental tree like it was a nest !

It's been a tough week for these young gulls. No shelter from🌧🥵🌞⚡️🌩 Here they on a baking hot roof gleaning some moisture from regurgitated water. There was⚡️🌧at 2.15am this morning so hopefully they are rehydrated now. @steelyseabirder.bsky.social #SuperSeabirdSunday

Why not come to Loch Gamhna with your bottle of Cairngorm IPA & leave it by the water's edge you lazy litter tosser. 3🐶💩bags & sweet wrappers from Loch an Eilein path. 6 degrees & very gusty with a fresh dusting of snow on Braeriach. #Cairngorms
