So I STILL haven't worked on my Chidori cosplay
But I started a new crochet project that I'd like to get done before we put up our Christmas tree... a tree skirt!
We decided that we didn't want the trad red/green/white, so I got some sparkly white and navy yarn to make it look like a night sky

1. Save as much money as possible
2. Go to Japan
3. Purchase every single Copic marker (or as many I can afford)

I most likely won't share a cosplay update this week as I haven't been able to work on it, and this coming weekend is going to be busy so I probably won't be able to work on it
Hopefully I can get back on it next week! I've been making good progress 🫶

Jacket is nearly done, I just need to add the ruffles on the edge
Unfortunately movement is limited and the sleeves are a bit too short but you can't really tell when my arms are down
I don't plan on moving too much in the cosplay, I just want good pictures of it 🥰

The beading was manking me angry so I started working on the top! All that's left there is the bottom lining, more beading (ugh) and the zipper!
I did get back to beading, but only have half of one sleeve done so far 🫠
I'm getting there

Lower sleeve - patchworked diamonds
Upper sleeve - regular sleeve pattern
Just need to bead the sleeves now!
Only the outer layer will be beaded, but the lining needs to be attached so I don't have to avoid beads while sewing them together
