Quotation marks have a different meaning when they refer to something Pierre Poilievre says. They mean that the words enclosed by the marks are lies. CPAC should be clearer about this and debunk Poilievre's claim that Carney's deficit is larger than Harper's were.

Its not Trump is the network behind the rise of the Republicans visa the Heritage foundation, Koch brothers, Thiel, etc. As always politicians hiding the real actors by using the front man to deflect attention to, Trump, its all smoke and mirrors and Davey fails to call it out.

Maybe a shutdown will occur if Republicans renege on commitments made to end this shutdown. Maybe they will commit further outrages against needy Americans. Maybe Dems will get their act together and be more effective. Predicting the same outcome suggests limited imagination.

It's amazing how uninformative this CTV video is. It provides no information about what, if any, progress has been made by each province in reducing barriers to sale from any other provinces. Examples would be useful. Has no province reduced their barriers for sales from any other province?

The "funding shortages" result from the failure of Provinces to adequately fund their post-secondary institutions. Work-arounds, such creating diploma mills to generate extra foreign-student tuition are counter-productive and cause more problems than they solve.
