Spent a month in medieval Bohemia—KCD2 feels that real. Thought I’d try it for a few hours, ended up finishing it after a long time. Not flawless—but that’s part of its authentic charm, just like medieval life. Great work, Warhorse team!

We're just two programmers in our team—too small to handle a full CI server. But that doesn’t mean we can’t use local automation for builds and deployment! I’m already using this setup across 4 projects.

Can't share the current project yet (playtesters love it!).

Meanwhile, here’s a tool we use to streamline work: the Save Tool. It lets the game load into a chosen saved state, speeding up iteration by enabling quick jumps to specific scenarios.
