Yes I see. The houses on the other side of the road are called Regent's Park Terrace. The documentary filmmaker Humphrey Jennings lived there and he would have been there for the construction had it all happened. Thanks for sharing that’s my Sunday sorted!

Wow I had no idea about this. We live on Oval Road and this photo is taken outside our flat (we’re on the left) looking toward the houses. We would have been in the slip road.
